About the Thuthuka Bursary:

The bursary program is open to students pursuing or intending to pursue an undergraduate qualification in the following field:
- BCom Accounting (CA-stream)
Requirements for the Thuthuka Bursary:
To qualify for the Thuthuka Bursary, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- South African citizenship
- Black African or Coloured ethnicity
- Currently in Grade 12 or have completed Grade 12 within the last two years, or currently enrolled in a CA-stream BCom degree
- Achieved at least 60% in Mathematics in Grade 11 (Maths Literacy and Technical Maths learners are not considered)
- Applied or in the process of applying for a BCom Accounting (CA-stream) degree at a SAICA accredited university offering the Thuthuka program
- From a family with a combined income of R350,000 per annum or less
- Must write the National Benchmark Tests (NBT)

- University provisional acceptance letter (if still in high school)
